How do I cut columns from a document?

New Here ,

I am trying to remove 4 of 5 columns from  a document. I do not know where the tool is to cut them out of the document.

You see our registry has decided we need a hard copy of each animal sent in with a photo. But the current form allows

for up to 5 animals to be registered per form. I need to make the form such that there is only one animal per form.

There's no "Cut" tool in Acrobat. If you want to remove data from a file you can use the Redaction tool.
