In Acrobat: Tools - Pages - Delete.

In Reader: Not possible.

I have Acrobat Pro X. The problem is that the "Pages" option is no longer showing up under "Tools"

It's possible the document is secured, signed or was created in LiveCycle Designer, which will prevent it from being edited in such a way.

No, it is happening on all the pdf's that I open including ones that I have not had this issue in the past. Something has changed.

This is not from Acrobat. It's from the free Reader, where this function is indeed not available.
