How do I export PDF Optimizations?

I am preparing to move from Acrobat XI to Acrobat DC (the one with the awful interface). CC insists that delete my current Acrobat, with all preferences, before installing Acrobat DC. So I am working on exporting customizations such as Actions and PDF Optimizations. I cannot find a way to export my PDF Optimizations and some took hours for me to create. Should I just take screen shots of the settings and expect to recreate them by hand. <Insert obvious sarcastic comments here />

Plus I would like to be able to share PDF Optimizations with other Acrobat users in my office.

I found the files in my users Application Support folder.

So I uninstall Acrobat. Twice since Adobe puts 2 different uninstallers in 2 different locations on my Mac. But CC insists that it cannot update to Acrobat XI until after I uninstall Acrobat. *sigh*
