how do I get the pdf bookmark to show?

Reader has never had the ability to bookmark. There is a hack that simulates a bookmark but the "bookmarks" are not part of the PDF and lost when the file is moved to another computer.

Adobe offers a one time 30 day free trial of Acrobat Professional.
