How do I install Acrobat Pro X on my Mac.?Originally it was purchased as a download on my PC. When I go to site it reads access denied

Did that and was successful but now the serial number that I have was entered and it reads as invalid. I have checked very carefully that the it was entered properly.

I should also mentioned that I also called support and the serial number is valid. They referred me back to you.

Hi Doug,

I have checked the serial number and it is meant for Windows machine.

The serial number will not work for Mac. As it is a volume serial number please login to the Licensing website : https://licensing.adobe.com/

and retrieve the serial number for Mac.

I believe it was SoftChoice. No idea how to get in touch with them now. that was in I think 2011. The program worked on the PC as you mentioned it should.
