Hi,

Support for Office 2016 on Windows was added in Acrobat 11.0.16.I am afraid the link Compatible web browsers and PDFMaker applications  has not been updated. Sorry about the confusion it caused.

Could you please try repairing Acrobat X1 and updating it to the latest version? Let us know if the issue still persists.

Regards,

Basma

What version of Adobe Acrobat do you use?

The Office plugin is not something you can use. It gets installed when Acrobat is installed, but only if your version of Office is compatible with it, which is why we need to know which version of Acrobat you use.

Sorry, not paying attention to details.  I have Acrobat XI, Ver 11.0.16.   I just upgraded to Office 2016 and now my plug-ins are missing.  I have a version of Acrobat that came installed on my PC.

Bernd- thank you for the response.  I am confused. Is the Acrobat XI not compatible w/Office 2016?  To use the plug-ins, do I have to install my Acrobat XI after installing Office?  Is there some other reason?  I might be able to work around if I had more info.

Mike

Using Win 7, Acrobat XI, Ver 11.0.16.  Just upgraded to Office 2016

Yes, Acrobat XI is not compatible with Office 2016. Only Acrobat DC is.

Basma- thanks for the answer.  Repairing and updating solved the problem.  Save as PDF is now working again.

Thanks to everyone else that added ideas.
