How do I migrate the old digital ID that is used in Adobe Acrobat 8 to Adobe Acrobat DC?

I have users who are currently using digital ID to sign the PDF document in Adobe Acrobat 8 and they will like to use the same digital ID to sign the PDF document in Adobe Acrobat DC version. so how do I migrate the digital ID from the Adobe 8 to Adobe DC?
