How do I open a PDF after accepting T&C? Prefer a combined PDF

Hi,

I'd like to open a PDF only after the viewer accepts the conditions. Would like to use a combined PDF for this feature.

Has anyone been able to access a second file from within a combined PDF thru JavaScript API or other Acrobat features for this?

What kind of "combined PDF"? Do you mean a portfolio?

This can be achieved, in principle, but there are several ways around it. First of all, the user can disable JavaScript and then the pop-up message won't appear... So it's not really a secure solution.
