How do I place a banner onto an already-made 3D template??

I need to put this pre-made banner onto the attached pre-made kiosk template (Labeled B).

Assuming the file isn't protected, Edit PDF in Acrobat should allow you to remove the static page content and replace it with the new banner..

Got the files and had a look. I used Acrobat DC and the "Edit PDF" tool set.

It seems that there's an invisible box covering most of the page. I suspect it's just a bounding box for the art that's an artifact of the creation process. Delete it and then you can remove the individual components of the header and past in the new one.

You should be able to scale the image using Acrobat but if not, then you'll need to scale it in something else first.
