How do i remove a lot of grey highlights from a large document

can someone help me figure this out there are a 1000 grey highlights in this document I need to print it without them any ideas?

Are these highlights comments or static content? If the former then you can remove them via the Comments List under the Comment panel, or by using a simple script. If the latter there's no easy way to remove all of them.

Thanks there are static content

Then you can use the Edit Text & Images tool, but it will be a long and difficult process and you'll need to manually select and remove each one.
