How do I sign on multiple lines at once?

If my document has multiple signature lines for the same person, how can I electronically sign each line without having to save between each signature?

If you just want a mark on the page, use stamps.

It you want certified digital signatures this is WRONG. You do not sign per line, you do not sign per page. A digital signature is always and only applicable to the whole document. The mark it makes on the page is a detail of no importance.
