How do you make Adobe Acrobat Pro forms Mac friendly?

We get more complaints from Mac users that the forms don't perform for them. Often our clients submit forms that are seemingly blank, however when you click in the field, then the data is visible, click out of the field and the data is hidden. Other Mac users complain that they can't download the form from our site. PC users seem to have no problem.

9/10 times this happens because they use Apple Preview to open and fill in the forms, which is a buggy application that corrupts PDF forms in exactly the way you described. You should instruct them to only use Adobe Reader for best results.
