How to activate acrobat when it is part of a suite

New Here ,
Feb 04, 2016 Feb 04, 2016

I have a reasonable old installation of CS4.  Among the apps is Acrobat.  all the apps work fine except for Acrobt.

When I open the program I get a window that says:

  • Acrobat was installed as part of a suite.  To enable Acrobat please start another component of this suite.

Well I've now opened all other components of this suite, singularly and all together.  Yet Acrobat refuses to work.

Does anyone have any idea how I can activate Acrobat?
