How to attomatically add duplicates of field forms as needed by user

Hello!

I am developing a PDF form in which I need people to report on events, so I created a line like this:

Events where video was screened

Name of event:____________________ Date of event:__________ Approx..# of attendees:_____

Can I add a button or an action to this line so that people can add more events as needed?

for example a + button that when press another line for an event will appear and the rest of the form will move accordingly to create the space necessary or a scroll. like this:

Name of event: _________________ Date of event:___________ Approx. # of attendees:_____

[add more events] <----this can be a button----/>
