How to change Acrobat DC language to italian? I have only english and french

You must install the italian version of Adobe Acrobat.

You need the serial number for the italian version.

Well, probably it's my fault, I cannot explain the problem.

I live in switzerland, which has 3 languages, french, german and italian.

I download the italian trial and when it expires, I make an adobe id (in switzerland of course) and buy the activation code. After my order it was accepted, acrobat begun to download a new french version, which I activate (before to know that it was in french).

The problem was probably the new adobe ID that was in french (remember, switzerland has 3 languages) and it downloaded a brand new french version of acrobat. After the installation, my italian trial became a french - full activated - copy.

I didn't ask that my italian copy had to be a french one, it was adobe.

Now, I'm trying to change the Language to italian but, it shows me only english and french.

So, where I can download a new itaian version? It's ok if I install a trial copy or there is a place where I can download full version? and after, can I try to activate it with my (french?) code?

Please, if you don't understand the problem, stop to give me silly answers.

I understand the problem. You did buy the french version, but you want the italian version.

You should contact the customer support.
