How to collapse a pdf form in adobe acrobat?

I want  to collapse a pdf form in adobe acrobat. Is it possible to do the same by setting bookmark. i want to collapse a pdf form dynamically on checking a check box dynamically.

What do you mean by "collapsing a form", exactly? You can show/hide fields,

but you can't "re-flow" the static contents of the file.
