How to create a dynamic stamp in acrobat DC

Hi ! I cannot create a dynamic stamp, to use in a personalized way, I don't know how to enter the scrip so that the date and time is printed at the time of sealing, helpp

I am trying to create Exhibit stickers with adobe acrobat pro DC on windows 11 pro and am having a hard time finding anything past windows 10. I need to be able to have different colored and number stickers for court transcripts.
