How to delete Adobe Acrobat XI trial version which interferes with purchased Adobe Acrobat 9. AA XI is not listed in programs of Windows 10 for elimination

Hi Jorge Nell,

Please use cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to remove it completely.

Then re-install Adobe Acrobat 9 : Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9

Would also like to inform you that Acrobat 9 is an old and unsupported version. It is not compatible with Windows 10
