How to delete every 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th pages (out of 6) and delete next 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th pages and so on for the entire pdf file

I work for the printing company. Most of my projects are variable data printing.

for example.

1 pdf = 3000 page. (6 pages for each record-Sheet) = 500 records-sheets when I print the pdf.

now I need to check only variable pages (which are page 1 and 2 for every 6 pdf page) so for me I only want to look into 1,2 then 7,8, then 13,14 and so on....

Currently I am manually selecting pages from Page Thumbnails and selecting them and then delete them.

this process is easy and good if the pdf files is 200 pages and deleting pages wont take too long.

but big files like 3000 pages is taking too long to select and delete.

is there a shortest and fastest way? like auto procedure to delete pages. and save the file as well.
