how to electronically endorse 30 characters in PDF file

Hi to all,

I have few tasks on daily basis on downloading outlook email attachments as pdf formats and each attached pdf files should be printed and date/time stamped on the document. i have to write some 30 characters with correct sequence numbers and scan/archive those documents and upload it in our ECM applications,

I would like to imprint digitally with alpha numerical characters with sequence numbers at the end. for eg.

MKoqiur 20160524 N09 000001 digitally imprinted in first PDF page and followed with

MKoqiur 20160524 N09 000002 digitally imprinted in second page and followed with

MKoqiur 20160524 N09 000003 digitally imprinted in third page and so on

I wish to get this digitally imprinted "vertically" on the left corner of each PDF document.

Kindly help on how to achieve this task.
