How to export a PDF form so that it can be reused

Ok. I have a client that is wanting to go from using a carbon copy contract to a digital contract that he can fill out on his iPad.

Ive tried a bunch of options already but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Is there a way I can export the pdf form that I've created and load it on to his iPad so he can fill them out and save them for each individual client he visits?

Thank you,

Brent

Why export it? Just use it as is...
