The License Transfer form requires a Case Number. I followed the link in the form to obtain one and am getting run in circles.
Any assistance/link would be appreciated ... shouldn't be that tough; especially, if it is a requirement for transfer. Thanks!

Sukrit -
Thanks for picking up my query and offering a reply. Yes, the link you provided heads off to a page that has the Transfer Form. However, on that form, there is a requirement to include a Case Number. That is what I was looking for guidance on how to 'get a Case number.'
Good news here in the meantime; I did call the main corporate Adobe phone number (since I could not find a Support number to call ) and I journeyed through several redirects to get to an answer!!
1. Sign into your Adobe ID
2. Go to 'Manage Account', which is located underneath your <Name> after logging in
3. Select 'Plans & Products'
4. Scroll down to the bottom and select 'Contact Support'
5. Choose your product (for me it was Adobe Acrobat)
6. Select 'Adobe ID and signing in'
7. Select 'Still need help? Contact us.'
8. Select 'Chat. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week'
9. Enter some text in the chat box and click 'Start Chat'
This will initiate a chat session AND assign a Case Number that will ultimately be used to transfer the license. Voila! Only takes 9-steps (when it should be must less arduous).

Hi ,
Did you connect with the chat team?
They would generate a case number for the same that you could enter.

Please don't jump in with a reply that suggests that you are resolving this query ... "I" had to discover this for myself which consumed an unnecessary amount of my time. If Adobe would like to be responsive to this experience, please apply this learning to improving the User Experience by (1) updating the TOL page with instructions on how to get a Case Number, and (2) make it more intuitive to obtain Case Numbers in general.
Thank-you for engaging .. let's turn this into plus by pressing for these improvements.
