We have purchased Acrobat Pro DC desktop over the phone. The money was collected, but we cannot get the s/n. we have been told by voice and chat support *many* times this will come in 24h latest. but it never comes and no answer at all. how can we get the s/n we paid for. [ It is, by the way, a great upgrade and we are very happy to have it, but the demo will be running out soon.]
After another call to tech support we did get a case number, and shortly after that the product did show up on our adobe id page. But this took about 10 days. Seems getting someone to assign a case number to the project was the key. we are now covered, and as noted, very happy with this major upgrade to Acrobat. PS, we never did get an email, and all agents and chats had said it would be delivered by email. It was only the 4th chat session where we were told it was now on our adobe id page.

That seems to apply to the cloud version. we bought the desktop version. how do we get the desktop s/n we paid for? thanks.
in fact, it was an upgrade. total cost $199 + tax.
