How to install font?

Hi,

I am looking for a specific font series of times new roman bold italic 10652 and 10654. How and from where do I download these fonts?

Its an urgent matter and your help in this will highly be regarded.

These do not sound like actual fonts you can download. They sound more like generated names in a PDF. In that case you won't be able to edit, unless you can change the font to one you own. But this may not work.
