I have a muliti page document and i would like to set up the first page of the form with information like name, address, city, state, phone number and other items too.  i would like for what the user fills in on that first page to populate to other pages in the document that have the same data.  some will only have to populate once, other several times over a few pages.  i can't seem to figure out how to do that.  Can that be done in pdf.  i have Acrobat DC  All suggestions welcome.  Thank you, Wanda

Just copy the fields and paste them in the other pages, or rename the

fields in the other pages to have the same names as the first ones. Fields

with the same name will automatically have the same value.
