Hi ,

Restricting Editing of the document would solve this purpose and you could set the permissions accordingly.

Launch the PDF>Tools>Protect>Restrict Editing >You need to set a permissions password first. The dialog box would give you further instructions on how to set permissions for the document so that the receiver could only view the PDF.Password security settings dialog box would let you customize all your editing restrictions ,click OK to save changes.

‌But no document security can stop a file being shared, copied, email etc. This can be done from outside Reader so no amount of security on PDF could help. if you have an enterprise level budget consider DRM which can make shared copies useless.
