how to resize poster for default figure use?

Hello,

I find Acrobat's media tools rudimentary. For example, I have figures in the Framemaker file that are printed in the PDF. I want to provide a video. I insert the video using Tools/Multimedia/Video. This overlays the existing figure with the video, this is not what I want.

I add a poster of the underlying figure to provide visibility of the figure when the video window is closed, I configure it to play in a window. The problem is that the poster is not the same size as the underlying figure and so part of the underlying figure is visible, again, not what I want.

I am using Acrobat Pro X. Is there a way that I can properly size the poster that is not obvious using Properties controls?

Are the tools this rudimentary in the latest versions of Acrobat?
