How to resolve error on install of Acrobat DC

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for any help you can provide.

I am unable to install a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC via Creative Cloud. I have read possible solutions here on this forum and on other forums. These have included clear items from the registry, uninstall applications, rebooting after a failed install and trying again. I have installed Adobe Reader DC successfully. I have also installed several other cloud application successfully as well. The error message I receive is the following.

Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.

For example, ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...

This error prevent the successful installation of Acrobat DC

Noting I have found has resolve this issue of failing to install the software.  Any help anyone can provided is most appreciated.

I am running Windows 10 on Dell Inc. Inspiron 5521 A12 with 8gm memory and 1TB drive.

Intel i7-3537U CPU @2.00GHz 2.5 GHz

8 GB Ram

64-bit Windows 10 Home

uninstall all acrobat and reader versions.

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer.

make sure you have no reader/acrobat versions/services running.

install acrobat dc

[moved from Downloading, Installing, Setting Up to Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat]

Thanks - Aadesh2789 - I has seen that article however I am running windows 10 and there was no reference to Wind 10 and I didn't wish to take all those steps if they might not have been necessary. I am going to try the suggestion of Kglad first as it is a quick process and maybe just maybe I will be fortunate.
