How to show AATL and EUTL comment (digital Id sign)?

I did test that Acrobat Digital ID Sign.

I want to look like below. (include AATL, EUTL Certifications)

But As shown below, I can't view 'Trusted source of original(?)'.

How to show AATL and EUTL comment?
