How would I add a command button to email the form?

I have already added Print and Clear buttons to my form, but the submit form only points to a URL and Execute menu option does not have the send options.

Is there a script I can write that will do this?  I am still new, and this is my first form.

The submit URL would be "mailto:" followed by your email address, no spaces, and the export format will be "PDF". See the image below.
