Hungry for Javascript knowledge

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can find the best method for learning Javascript SPECIFICALLY in Adobe? The HTML tutorials do me no good because it's too much information that I don't need at this moment. I don't want help with a specific code, I want to learn to understand and do it myself.
