I am completing a Transfer of License form for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro that is being transferred from another employee at our company to me. The instructions are the form indicate to attach it to a case number. How do I get a case number?

Your response tells me nothing.
I accessed the link that you provide to contact Adobe Support, but the only
means available to contact support is through Chat. I used Chat to file
this request to ask Adobe Support how to get a case number.

I don't think I'm being very clear. I did not talk to a person using Chat.
Instead, I wrote the initial request in this email asking for a case
number. In summary, I am asking YOU (or someone at Adobe) to provide me
with a case number.
The license transfer process topic on the Adobe website is at the end of
this email. The note at the beginning of the topic indicates to get a case
number. I clicked the Contact Us link, which prompted me to send the email
to you asking for a case number.
License transfer process
Note: Be sure to get a case number before beginning the transfer process,
to avoid delays processing your Transfer of License form. Contact us

Right-click the form link below and save the Transfer of License form to
your computer.

Open the form in Adobe Reader or Acrobat and follow the instructions on
the form. Be sure to complete all fields.

Write your case number or customer number, or both, on the form.

Scan the completed form and save it to your computer.

Return the completed Transfer of License form to Adobe:
- Go to www.adobe.com/go/supportportal.
- Type in your Adobe ID and password, and then click Sign in.
- Click your case number.
- Upload the scanned form.
After Adobe receives the completed Transfer of License form from both
parties, Adobe registers the software to the new owner. Registration
ensures that Adobe recognizes the new owner as the legal licensee who can
receive customer service and support.
Once both parties have submitted a Transfer of License form, allow three to
four weeks for Adobe to process your license transfer request.
