I have purchased and registered Adobe 9.0 standard. When I tried reinstalling this product it stated the Serial Number was invalid. The serial number is valid which I verified with Adobe on the phone today. I am not sure why the product is not able to be activated?

My issue is this: I am paying for a subscription which is collected every month by your company from my US account. But I am getting NO service - I keep getting this message: Trial period over or something like that and then it asks me to input a serial number..

Can you try using your subscriptions ID in Adobe Acrobat DC product. Subscriptions won't work in Acrobat 9 versions. Uninstall Acrobat 9 and install Acrobat DC from; Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) | Enterprise or VIP . After installation, on product launch Acrobat and sign in using 'Adobe ID' on which subscription is running. That should work.
