I am having trouble viewing comments

There is a very thin line around the comment when I list all the comments in the comment list window. Is there a way to highlight these easier so when i click on the comment it shows me where the comment is on the page? This very faint dotted outline is  not very user friendly and sometimes it doesn't show the correct comment on the page?

Would Like to inform you that there is no way to change the appearance of the Dotted line around the Comment Box.
