I am owner of license of Acrobat XI pro. I have new computer. My old computer is destroyed, i am not able to unregister license from it. Could You, please, renew my license on my new computer PC? Pavol Tibensky, Slovakia

Please try to download the application and activate it.
If you experience any issue then you can Contact Customer Care‌.
Make sure you login there with your Adobe ID under which you have Acroabt license and choose the product from the list.
Then select chat or call option under "Still need help?Contact us".
