I am trying to print coupons from smartsource.ca.

I keep getting an error " Network error- Printing was interupted. Please try again. Not allowed error: Security Settings prevent access to this property or method" There is also another error but I cant even click on it because the pdf crashes. It says some features have been disabled to avoid potential security risks. Only enable these features if you trust this document.

I have updated my Adobe Acrobat

I have checked the Trust Manager- clicked off allow opening non pdf attachments,

I have checked off under Java- enable global object security policy

I was first trying through Google chrome, but read there were issues with that, but also tried with Firefox

Not sure what else to do?

Is the only way to use Microsoft Edge to upgrade to Microsoft 10? I had tried to upgrade to it but it kept crashing my computer.

I have tried to print the coupons in Firefox and they were printing fine ,Could you please tell what issue you are facing when trying to print from Firefox?

Lots of people on different chat threads complain about this issue, while others say i works just fine. Just need to know what I can do to fix it on my computer.

It seems that its related to security settings implemented in your environment. Are you not able to print any pdf or just this pdf?

Are you trying to print to network printer?
