I am trying to reduce my file size in DC Pro. Following Adobe's instructions, the file went from 45MB to 186MB. This is not a reduction. Adobe, can you please help before I quit my job and find a firm that uses Bluebeam?

We're not Adobe, but what EXACTLY did you do, with what version of Acrobat, and what settings?

I went to the Acrobat website

I followed the directions listed for reducing file size and adjusted settings as
recommended.

I downloaded Bluebeam

I reduced the file size to 13MB within seconds.

Problem solved

Please either give us a link to those instructions, or describe the exact steps. There are MANY ways to do this and MANY instructions. I'm not going to guess, it would waste your valuable time if I guessed wrong.

You also didn't answer what version of Acrobat. DC Pro, yes, but please give the exact version from Help > About.
