I am unable to convert an MS Publisher document (contains graphics, numerous pages) to PDF (Adobe Pro 9, using Windows 10). I receive the following error message (after selecting "Print","Adobe PDF") "Acrobat could not open 'name of document.log' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF." I am using the source document. I am printing to Adobe PDF. I have recreated the source document from scratch numerous times. I have uninstalled Adobe, then re-installed it. I have shut on and off my computer numerous times. Side note: I can PDF a simple MS Word document that only contains the word "test". Thanks for any help.

Conversion failed, no PDF was made. The log file contains an error message. Open it in Notepad or Word. copy and paste it all if you want our suggestions on it
