I am unable to get the calculation function to allow me to select the fields I want to add. I have followed all the appropriate instructions that I have been able to find but nothing works. If I click the select all or deselect all options it will do so

Use the space-bar.

Select or high light the field and then press the space bar.

There is an issue where one needs to use the mouse click to select the field. It is sometimes some where around the check box but not the check box.
