i am using adobe acrobat reader dc version 15.010. my issue is that sometimes PDF documents that i have saved on my pc dont open fully or completely sometimes and i have to close the file/document completely and then reopen it and the document opens fully. i did check for updates for my program and i have the most recent updated version of acrobat reader. the documents are mostly downloads for emails or scans from my printer. sometimes when i open a PDF file and scroll down, only part of the document comes out and the the other half is like missing. i did do a repair installation process as well and also in the control panel i highlighted the program and clicked change on top which repairs the program from corrupt files or damages. i want to know if there are other steps to fix this issue of PDF files not opening fully on my pc. please let me know how I can fix my issue and provide me further troubleshooting steps for PDF files. thank you.

Hi ilyashv,
What is the exact dot version of Reader DC and OS installed on your system?
Try to uninstall Reader (use cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs for Windows) and Restart your system.
Then reinstall it from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution‌ and check if that helps.

Meenakshi

HI,
I have an issue with my adobe acrobat Reader dc. I have a windows pc. I have the most recent version ruming of Adobe Reader dc and the issue is that an error message comes up when I try to uninstall the program and then when I do remove the program and install it back, I have to sign in to the program every time even though I select, stay signed in. The check for updates on the program sometimes works and sometimes not. The error that I get when I do repair installation is "error 2503.called runscript when not marked in progress," "error 2502.called installfinalize when no install in progress". Please help me fix this issue. I am running it as admin, in case you need to know more.
