Print to pdf has disappeared completely? I have done nothing to make it disappear and already tried to reset my computer. Furthermore it will not let me download a update or repair installation. I keep coming up with a error that says Error 28000.Installation of Acrobat Licensing Module has failed. For potential workarounds to this problem please refer to www.adobe.com/go/acrobat_installation_rollback. After going there and following directions there is no fix to any of the problems. I have tried to find contact information for customer service to talk to someone directly but apparently it is not available for my product.

Hi Mojodojoe ,
We are sorry for the inconvenience .
Please refer this link and follow the steps mentioned : Error 28000. Installation of Acrobat Licensing Module has failed?
Then try to repair the installation and check for updates.
Also please let us know the exact version of acrobat you are using and also the OS version on your system?
Let us know if this helps.
Regards
Sarojini

The rollback said it was successful but I still cannot repair the installation or check for updates without the same error popping up.
I am using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and my OS is Windows 10 Hewlett Packard Envy desktop. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40 GHz. 16.0 BG 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor.

Can you please restart the machine once and then try updates/repair first?

If the above workarounds do not work then please let me know the following:
- What other Adobe Products are installed on the machine? Are they working fine?
Could you try steps from link that Sarojini gave?

You can try the following workaround. It may help you out.
- Quit all Adobe Apps
- Go to following folder:C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
- Rename 'OOBE' to something like 'OOBE_OLD'
- Now go to 'Programs and Features' in Control Panel and you will see list of installed apps on the machine.
- Select 'Adobe Acrobat DC' and click on 'Change'.
- Click 'Next' on the maintenance screen and then select 'Repair' option and continue to complete the operation.
Hope this helps.
