I can't update Acrobat Pro X to DC on the creative cloud. After uninstallation of the Pro X I still get message to uninstall the previous version. Any one got solution?
Hi,
Please check the message reply I sent to you. It clearly mentions that the product key you have is not for Acrobat DC it is for design premium cs5.5. You will be able to install acrobat 10 using this serial key from cs5.5 suite.

Hi,
when you try to install acrobat DC it needs you to remove all previous versions. If you are using windows please use the following link to download acrobat cleaner tool and then completely remove previous versions of acrobat
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
And then try installing acrobat DC.
If nothing works you can also download acrobat DC from a direct download link Download Adobe Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X‌ and install it

It's Mac OS. I tried to download and install it but when I type the activation code that was given to me on with the purchase of the product it's says invalid code. It's really annoying. I regret that I start this update.

And this is a message before the download button of the Acrobat cleaner.
This download provides the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool for Windows.
IMPORTANT:
THIS TOOL IS NOT FOR USE WITH ANY CREATIVE SUITE PRODUCTS INCLUDING SUITES THAT CONTAIN ACROBAT. IT CAN ONLY BE USED WITH STANDALONE VERSIONS OF ACROBAT AND ADOBE READER.

Thank you for explaining this. I don't understand why the creative cloud ask me to upgrade in this case. Is so confusing and wasting my time to find out what is going on. Thanks again.
