Hi Alsuant ,

Would like to know what experience you are getting on trying to open acrobat application.

Are you getting any error message?

Is this happening with all the users or with any individual ?

Regards,

Yatharth

I was not able to recognize the cause and the moment when Acrobat stops working. It's not accompanied by any message. Just - enabled program does not start. This happend all users on all of our computers.

Hi Alexander,

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Do you have any updates pending for the same application? You may attach a screenshot of the problem, that will help us understand your issue bit better.

Regards,
