I cannot activate distiller - license expired or is not activated

. When I install acrobat DC (have TLP - MLP license and certificate), enter serial number, sign in.. Acrobat work great. When i run Distiller, it says some lise "license expired or is not activated" (have acrobat not in english, so sorry for bad dialog translate). I used acrobat cleaning tools, sing-out, sign-in, some versions to download, uninstall, reinstall, manualy delete serial number information, registry celanup, etc etc about 7 hours.. But Distiller still cannot run. Please help me!

Dont know what is interactive session but doesn't matter if acrobat is running or not - problem is the same.

How EXACTLY do you start Distiller?

I tried on 2 pcs - Windows  7 Pro x64 and fresh install win 10 pro x64, both Czech locale. Distiller starting Start -> typing "Distiller" -> click on distiller icon. Doesnť matter if acrobat is running or not. Acrobat working ok, is singed in to my Adobe ID.
