I cannot print a document to Adobe X - I am getting an error message that distiller is not working?

I never had this problem before

I have done a repair for Adobe X and this was no help

I tried downloading Distiller - but there are no English versions listed.

Can someone help me out?

Is this happening with a single document or with all of them?

Would it be possible to post a screenshot here?

Try to perform below mention step :

Press Start>Devices and Printers>Adobe PDF>Right Click>Printer properties>Advanced>Printing Defaults>uncheck Rely on system fonts only;do not use document fonts>Apply>OK

Let us know if you face any issue.

Hi dwbcpa ,

Are you trying to print from Acrobat/Reader or with other applications like MS Word, Paint?

Is this happening with all documents?

What Operating System do you have- Windows/Mac?

thanks for your response -

it is only happening when I try to print from Thunderbird my email

program it works from WORD and EXCEL.

I am running Window 7
