I continue to get a message that say enter old serial number for previous product whenever l am downloading my Acrobat Standard please help .

I have purchased the Acrobat Standard but i seem not to be able to download and use the full package as it requests for serial number of the previous product but i have never purchased a previous product

Are you sure you downloaded the FULL program installer, or the UPGRADE program installer?

The upgrade installer and full installer are the same thing, so it seems likely you purchased an upgrade. Check your invoice. If it isn't clear, and you purchased from Adobe, please let us know the price. If you purchased elsewhere, contact the seller.
