I don't PDF file

I don't open the PDF file. I am using Kodak i2400 printer. I am scaning the paper. Then file is opening picture file. İt isn't opening PDF. I am sorry for bad english. I know little english. Thank you for your helping.

‌jpg and pdf are different files. With Adobe Acrobat you can convert jpg to pdf.

As noted you can use Acrobat to convert a JPEG image into a PDF. The PDF will consists of the image of the text. You can then use Acrobat to perform the OCR.

Many scanners come with software that can receive the image from the scanner or file, perform the OCR, and save the resulting document as a PDF.

I would also look at the TIFF format. This format has been used by many fax machines and can also be processed by Acrobat and most OCR software.
