I get an error on closing files after an update to Windows 10

I get an "Organizer database is damaged ...." error when I try to save a file in Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Pro.

I have tried the FAQ answer to this problem but the Organizer90 file is nowhere to be found.

Anybody got a solution to eliminate the bothersome dialogue, as files are dully saved?

Hi aesw,

Firstly Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10. Features may or may not work.

Try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this KB doc. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-organizer-database-damaged-reset-1.html

Hello Aadesh,

Thanks for your answer. I have tried locating the Organizer90 mentioned in the KB doc but cant find it.

But for Acrobat is working fine under Windows 10.

Regards,

Alexius

Hi aesw,

Try to locate at this path %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\9.0\Organizer90
