I got "session timeout" message while sending document to EchoSign, how to fix this?

I am getting error when I try to send the pdf doc to others via e-mail, "Your session time out"

How do I fix this?

Hi theoryginal,

Please try to send the documents using different Internet browser & also delete the cache and cookies for the browser as well.

Also turn off firewall & security services & then try to send the document.
