I had Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0 on my computer, which I recently uninstalled in trying to troubleshot/make my PDF files recognizable. However, I have not been able to reinstall it back on my computer despite numerous attempts. I have uninstalled my virus protection and Adobe download assistant so that I could reinstall the Adobe Acrobat Pro but to no avail. Instead, the message I get from the installation wizard is that, "The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator." Please any clue as to how to go about this?
